Doug Ford brother of mayoralty candidate Rob Ford , confirmed at a fundraising backyard barbeque Friday evening, that he would run for the ward 2 council seat.The large gathering of close to five hundred ,included federal finance minister Jim Flaherty and a few current city councillors, as well as former coucillor Chris Korwin-Kuczynski.
