1. What key issues define your campaign platform?
Key issues are professional councillor activities for our families, life, environment and study in Toronto, based on different education, life experience, business skills, as well as lifestyle of residents of Ward 20.
A more universally educated, skilled and experienced Ward 20 councillor can better understand every person or family and keep the balance of interests of individuals and population, business and unions, wards and the city.
Ward 20 is the traditional image and representative of Toronto for Canada and the whole world, leading educational and scientific centre, national and international historical, cultural and entertainment site, also business, transport and environmental pattern for the core of megalopolises.
All listed features of the ward and the city, every day life of residents, artists, students, migrants, immigrants and their families, as well as study, business and environment need proper professional knowledge, approaches and counseling.

2. Why are you the best candidate for this position?
I am the best candidate for a councillor of Ward 20 in particular, because I’m been living and working as an average resident among Torontonians in that ward and has been providing effective professional public services for the East York/Toronto and international communities for many years.

3. What specifically do you plan to do for your ward, if elected?
- establish feedback among ward residents, unions, businesses and the councillor via monthly meetings and Toronto agenda discussions;
- develop ward employment and business through local grant programs and internships;
- mutually integrate ward educational and art institutions, students and residents in local and Toronto training and expertise business;
- improve housing and food security for an average ward residents with affordable prices, living conditions and environment by Toronto Housing, Toronto Food and pilot projects;
- ameliorate ward public health and medical services for residents, with focus on children, migrants and immigrants without the three-month OHIP by initiatives of local facilities;

4. Please provide details on your personal bio.
I received an MD, a degree in biophysics and biochemistry from the Russian State Medical University in Moscow. I graduated with an MSPH from Tulane University in New Orleans and was an MSc candidate from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. I received a PhD from Kazakh State Medical University in Almaty and an MBA from the Institute of Management under the President of Kazakhstan. My public services and research interests in Toronto and worldwide include medical, social and environmental studies and activities for the promotion and improvement of public health and life. I and my family live in Annex.

5. Who do you plan to support for mayor?
I do not support any mayoral candidate based on my approach to the professional background and service for Toronto city, because they are politicians.
