1. What key issues define your campaign platform?
People first. Our city’s administration has become a maze and inaccessible to its citizens. I will put people’s needs first. I will be their portal to city hall. Even if it’s an issue I can’t personally address, I’ll make sure they are given the right direction.
Revitalization. Our city has an official plan. We need to see it through. We need to improve transit on all fronts, and yes, we need to raise the funds to make it happen. Yes to road tolls; yes to more subway and streetcar lines; and yes to a comprehensive bike lane system.
Advocacy. My pride in my own community is pride in the identities of other communities. You need to know you can call on me when you have a problem and I’ll do whatever I can for you.
Accountability. We need to cut wasteful spending. We need to spend money wisely.
2. Why are you the best candidate for this position?
I have a record of community service demonstrating civic leadership and pride. I have a record of running for office demonstrating my sincere interest in service to people. I have a record of making a difference wherever I go. People want to be heard. I’m a great listener. But more importantly, I love getting things done. I can stand up to the cut-throat politics at city hall.
3. What specifically do you plan to do for your ward, if elected?
My plan is to be responsive to the needs of the people. Develop efficient uses of services that will benefit my constituents. Implement ways to reduce taxes. Allow people input prior to development projects. Work on reducing wasteful spending.

Who do you plan to support for mayor?
I’m not endorsing any mayoral candidate. I can work with whomever becomes mayor of this city.
