1. What key issues define your campaign platform?
* Advocate of green spaces and never again allow any park to be used as a dumpsite.
* Believer that people should be allowed to move freely as quickly as possible from point A to point B using their method of choice. Support an integrated transportation network recognizing the needs of vehicle, transit, cyclists and pedestrians. I would remove large trucks from City streets, during rush hour.
* Improve pedestrian safety by creating pedestrian activated traffic lights instead of unsafe crosswalks and to educate visitors to Toronto via a campaign in all rental cars and hotels to our laws.

I would like a state of good repair policy for city infrastructure.
*
A City Hall that is responsive to the needs of the people.  (Local/community participation ie. Ice rinks, etc. Leveraging the AoCC (Association of Community Centres) model of local governance of local assets)
.
* Community consultation at the development process and respecting heritage buildings.

2. Why are you the best candidate for this position?
I have a long history of community involvement with many successes and have a record of achievement working with various levels of government and residents. I speak in specifics, not generalities and I have developed what I believe is a well thought out comprehensive platform that touches on all aspects of city life such as budget, parks, community, transportation and safety, which I feel, will appeal to the fast majority of people.

3. What specifically do you plan to do for your ward, if elected?
* Never allow our parks to be used as dumps during municipal strikes

* Pedestrian activated traffic lights instead of unsafe crosswalks. Educate visitors via a campaign in all rental cars and hotels to our laws regarding stopping at pedestrian crossing when lights are activated and when streetcars doors are open.

* State of good repair policy for city infrastructure

* A City Hall that is responsive to the needs of the people.  Give councillors more authority that is currently with City Hall bureaucrats.

* Community consultation at the development process and a respect for heritage buildings.

4. Please provide details on your personal bio.
I was a boy scout, air cadets and graduated from college in Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Management. I volunteered in the nuro-surgical and medical surgical intensive care ward at Toronto Western Hospital and was a volunteer Director/Vice President of our Neighbourhood association and served on the Toronto East York Preservation Panel.

5. Who do you plan to support for mayor?
I have not yet decided whom I support for mayor.
