1. What key issues define your campaign platform?
a) Public Transit and the need to fully fund and implement the Transit City Plan . Construction of Etobicoke Finch LRT and other LRT according to original timelines with funding of $ 4 billion dolllars being recommited rather than postponed.
b) For a budget that protects accessibility and affordability to essential public services and recreational programs. Next budget should not increase user fees and provide recreational programs free to children and youth.
c) Demand senior levels of government develop a housing strategy to fund building of affordable housing and also permanent funding for other inrastructure projects such as Public Transit.
d) I will work to make the process of civic engagement more democratic by allowing for more participatory process in areas of planning, budget planning and transit planning.
e) I will work for a strong jobs strategy that is centered on enironmental sustainability and  based on needs of the residents in ward 1.

2. Why are you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I have a good understanding of the issues in this Ward 1. I will pursue the issues outlined above in an aggressive fashion. I will work with community organizations to ensure that their voce is heard and also in informing them of all issues that impact on Ward 1 residents.

3. What specifically do you plan to do for your ward, if elected?
My top priority for Ward 1 would be improving rapid transit. I will make every effort to see that the etobicoke Finch west LRT  is not cancelled. Secondly I will seek to preserve programs such as the welcome policy, free public swim and free sport drop ins  which could be  cut. I would advocate Toronto Community Housing units in our ward be given a priority for revitalization projects and that jobs involved in energy auditing, building retrofit, and solar panelling be targeted to residents.

4. Please provide details on your personal bio.
I reside in Ward 1 and have attended Humber College for continuing education courses pertaining to the Court Tribunal and Immigration Consultant programs. I have worked as an IT consultant and also as a paralegal. I have a BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto and undertook study of Urban Planning as a part of my program.

5. Who do you plan to support for mayor?
I plan to support Joe Pantalone for Mayor.
