Ward 2 (Etobicoke North)

The race for the Ward 2 councillorship is seemingly wide open after 10-year veteran councilor, Rob Ford, decided to run instead for Mayor of Toronto (a race recent polls have him frontrunning alongside George Smitherman) in March.

Ardent Ford supporters will be relieved to still see the Ford name on the ballot, though – Rob’s brother Doug registered to run for the vacated seat in August.
