Ward 4 (Etobicoke Centre)

Ward 4 was spectacularly absent controversial issues last municipal election.

Incumbent Councillor Gloria Lindsay Luby is in her fourth term representing the central Etobicoke ward on city council.

Residents surrounding St. George’s Golf and Country Club experienced heavier neighbourhood traffic this July when the 2010 RBC Canadian Open teed off at St. George’s Golf and Country Club.

Lindsay Luby resigned from Mayor David Miller’s powerful executive committee last fall because she said she thought her voice “marginalized,” but critics charged she was distancing herself from Miller.
