Why should the people of Toronto vote for you?
The issues driving my campaign are the same issues that have driven both my time on Council and my life in business: respect for taxpayers and excellence in customer service. As a councillor I have advocated against new and unnecessary taxes as well as waste and mismanagement.

As mayor I will fight for you, the taxpayers, to ensure efficiency and good fiscal management. I will eliminate the land transfer and vehicle registration taxes. I will also reduce the size of council, which will create a more efficient government and savings for taxpayers.

City Hall has moved away from customer service. As a business owner I know that customers deserve respect and top quality service. City Hall needs to remember that residents and taxpayers are the customer and that they deserve top quality service and respect. This is not happening.

As well, as Mayor I will address gridlock and our crumbling infrastructure, in time for the 2015 Pan American Games. We will build and extend subway lines, use buses instead of street cars and build a system of bike and walking paths that connect our City. My transportation plan can be viewed at robfordformayor.ca
