1. What key issues define your campaign platform?

To always respect how taxpayer dollars are spent.
To never take illegal or immoral payments from taxpayers.
To never use an office expense account for anything but actual office expenses.
Ensure parks, pools, recreation centers, and schools are open and safe.
To work with council towards a more handicap friendly city.
To work with council to make our city safer.
To not travel the globe at their expense instead of being where a councillor belongs-In Toronto.
To work with council and employees on better more efficient cost effective ways to deliver services.
And to always be honest and truthful with constituents.

2. Why are you the best candidate for this position?

As I’ve spent my entire working life serving the public, (35 years in total), The first 30 in a successful family business and the remainder working for a large Canadian retail chain with sales of $1.5 million.
I have learned how to communicate with personally with clientele as well as employees.
In addition I have experienced first hand the red tape associated with obtaining licenses, permits, etc., associated with opening a new business as well as running one.
Personally having dealt with environmental issues and hazardous waste materials successfully.
And as a single person without children I can devote 100% of my time to the position.

3. What specifically do you plan to do for your ward, if elected?

To work towards having more handicap/new and expectant mothers parking.
Ensure our schools, parks, pools, and streets are open, upgraded, and safe for all.
Build proper bike lanes that are not just a line painted on the side of the street.
To respect residents concerns and always follow up personally on their issues.
To hold public meetings with residents in a town hall fashion.
To be in the city and available instead of travelling the world.
And to always communicate with the residents in a timely fashion.

4. Please provide details on your personal bio.

Born in 1959 and have roots here in ward 7 dating back to late 1800′s.
Attended Gulfstream public school, Emery collegiate, And Centennial college.
I’ve worked in everything from landscape, delivery to automotive repairs and managed staff for 1.5 million dollar department in a large retail outlet.
